1.1. - The noulierusalim.ro website is the property of Fundația Sfânta Virginia – Cetatea Sfântă Noul Ierusalim (the Saint Virginia Foundation – The Holy Citadel New Jerusalem), of Pucioasa, Dâmbovița County, Romania.

1.2. - The Foundation may change these terms of use at any time. The version published on this page is the one in force.

2. Legislative framework (non-exhaustive):

2.1. - The laws of Romania in force on copyright and related rights, in particular Law no. 8/1996, as amended and supplemented;

2.2. - The international and European Union regulations applicable in Romania.

3. Copyright

3.1. - The texts, images, audio and video recordings, books and newspapers published on this site are the property of the Saint Virginia Foundation and are protected by copyright law.

3.2. - Without asking for our permission, you may:

- read, listen to, download and print the materials for personal or family use;

- send others the address of any page of this site;

- quote short passages, naming the source (noulierusalim.ro), within the limits set by law.

3.3. - Any other use, in particular republishing the materials, in whole or in part, on other websites, in print or in recordings, requires the written permission of the Saint Virginia Foundation. You can ask for it through the contact page.

4.1. - The content of this site is offered as it is, for as long as it is available.

5. Personal data

5.1. - Subscribing to The Word of God: when you subscribe, we keep your e-mail address and chosen language, only to send you The Word of God. You confirm your subscription through an e-mail, and you can unsubscribe at any time from the link at the end of every message. The messages are sent through the MailPoet service, which records whether a message was opened and which of its links were followed.

5.2. - Visitor statistics: the site uses Google Analytics to count visits and to see which pages are read. For this, Google may use cookies. We do not use this data for advertising.

5.3. - Some pages contain YouTube videos, which may use their own cookies.

5.4. - We do not sell your data or give it to others. You can ask at any time to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you by writing to us through the contact page. You also have the right to complain to the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP).
